You can request a return within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

It has all original tags, packaging, and accessories

It was not part of a final sale, custom order, or non-returnable category
❌ Not Eligible for Return:

Used, damaged, or washed products

Items returned without original packaging or tags

Any item beyond the 7-day return window

Free gifts or promotional items
🔁 How to Request a Return:

Email us at support@typify.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

Mention your order ID, product name, and reason for return.

Our support team will guide you through the pickup or self-return process.
💸 Refund Policy
✅ Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

Refunds are issued via the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll request your bank details for NEFT transfer
⚠️ Important Notes:

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

If you received a defective or wrong item, return shipping will be free of cost

If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may bear return shipping charges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order another item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
