At TYPIFY, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


🛍️ Return Policy

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • It has all original tags, packaging, and accessories

  • It was not part of a final sale, custom order, or non-returnable category

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used, damaged, or washed products

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

  • Any item beyond the 7-day return window

  • Free gifts or promotional items


🔁 How to Request a Return:

  1. Email us at support@typify.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your order ID, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will guide you through the pickup or self-return process.


💸 Refund Policy

✅ Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll request your bank details for NEFT transfer

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • If you received a defective or wrong item, return shipping will be free of cost

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may bear return shipping charges


🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order another item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
